Terms of Service

Last updated: May 2026

1. Scope

("the Company") provides access to the online PDF Builder service ("the Service") for creating PDF catalogs from data in your ERP installation. By signing up you agree to this document and to the Privacy Policy.

2. Account

  • You must provide a valid email and are responsible for the strength of your password (at least 10 characters, 3 character classes).
  • Storage of your password and ERP access tokens is your responsibility. Losing your password means losing access to your encrypted ERP data (see §6).
  • One account per natural or legal person. Sharing access with third parties requires a separate agreement.

3. Subscription and payment

Where paid plans are offered:

  • Payment is collected and processed by Paddle (Paddle.com Market Ltd), who acts as the merchant of record. Your receipts and card statement are issued by Paddle.
  • Paid plans renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle until you cancel.
  • Refunds and cancellations are governed by our Refund Policy.

4. Acceptable use

  • You warrant that you have the right to process data from the connected ERP installation and to distribute the resulting PDFs.
  • Prohibited: automated bulk scraping, attacks on the Service (DoS, password brute-forcing), uploading malicious content, and infringement of third-party copyrights.
  • We reserve the right to suspend an account on violation, with prior notice except where security is at immediate risk.

5. Intellectual property

All rights to the Service's code, design, and UX belong to the Company. All rights to your projects, fonts (under their respective licenses), and ERP data remain yours. We do not publish or share the contents of your projects with third parties except as set out in the Privacy Policy.

6. Zero-knowledge and access recovery

The encryption key for your ERP credentials is derived from your password. The Company does not know it and cannot recover it. Resetting your password deletes the encrypted credentials — you will need to enter them again. This is by design: even full access to our database does not give an attacker your ERP passwords.

7. Disclaimer of warranties

The Service is provided "as is". We aim for 99.5% availability (SLA on paid plans), but do not guarantee zero outages, data loss, or unavailability. We recommend regular use of the export feature ("Account → Data export") as a backup.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company's aggregate liability under this agreement is limited to the amount actually paid by you in the 12 months preceding the event. We are not liable for lost profits, indirect damages, or for the loss of data outside our control (including data in your ERP installation).

9. Termination

  • You may delete your account at any time from "Account". Data is removed immediately, except for the audit log (see Privacy Policy).
  • We may terminate the agreement with 30 days' notice, or immediately on a serious breach.

10. Governing law and disputes

This agreement is governed by the law of Ukraine. Disputes are heard at the Company's place of registration in Ukraine, unless mandatory consumer-protection rules in your jurisdiction require otherwise. Note that, for paid plans, Paddle is the merchant of record and its own buyer terms also apply to the purchase.
